As parents of a first year university student we decided to purchase our first income property and sought out Soo's help.  She was knowledgeable about the right areas to focus on for student housing and helped us negotiate the  purchase of a townhouse in an area we feel confident will meet our child's needs for years to come. 

The entire process was handled very professionally.  Soo took the initiative to provide additional information concerning bus routes in the area, contact information for a home inspection, and possible grants for a furnace we will likely have to replace.  With the use of DocuSign, it was possible to wrap up the final back and forth of the purchase and sale agreement, from the comfort of our own home.  

All in all, the experience was very positive and we will use Soo's services for future purchases.

Soo Kim is a knowledgeable, patient and honest real estate agent with whom we were very happy to have working with us throughout the buying/selling process.  My wife and I really felt like Soo was on our side, always looking out for our best interests and providing honest, informed advice.
